Unlike many global consultancies that often have minimum scope and resourcing requirements, we focus on a pure value-add approach to maximize your return on investment.

Eric Ottinger - Principal
Eric is a seasoned professional that brings over 14 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. He has led many teams through the lifecycle of real estate assets, including preconstruction planning, entitlements, estimating, bidding, construction management, cost control, project close-out, and brokerage. Recently, Eric was the lead construction manager for a $4B mixed-use construction project in Cupertino.
Prior to founding Kayott, Eric worked at Webcor as Director of Project Controls. Eric also worked at Ernst & Young and Turner & Townsend, where he managed or worked on over $51B of large-scale construction projects during his career.
Seung Jeong - Director of Construction
Seung is a results-driven construction manager with 10 years of experience in managing budgets, promoting data-driven methodologies, and ensuring cost-efficient project planning across various sectors, including healthcare, education, retail, historical, and residential. He has a proven track record in delivering cost estimates, cost controls, and developing innovative tools and strategies to improve estimation accuracy and alignment with budget goals.
Prior to joining Kayott, Seung led cost management for the North America and APAC regions at Apple and the Mid-Atlantic healthcare sector at Cumming Corporation.
Andrew Dmitriev - Director of Cost Management
Andrew is a detail-oriented construction manager with over 24 years of experience in estimating, procurement, negotiating and verifying change orders, implementing cost controls, creating labor and material cost studies specific to markets, analyzing schedules, and project execution.
Prior to joining Kayott, Andrew led preconstruction efforts at Apple for over 70 retail stores. Andrew also worked for several general contractors during his career, including Turner and Suffolk, where he worked on multibillion-dollar projects of various asset classes.
